The following list is not exhaustive, but should give you an indication of the main people to contact most of the time.

Send a note to their Mentor or email info@nusa.org.uk giving details of  the appointment (and the time you need your child to leave by)
 
 
 
My child contacts me from school and says they are unwell
 
Advise your child to speak to any member of staff.  In a lesson it is up to a  teacher to decide whether or not to send a pupil to Academy Reception. During breaks they should go straight to Reception to be assessed by a First Aider.
