Year 11 Watch A Live Performance of An Inspector Calls
63 year 11 students enjoyed a moving and memorable performance of a poignant play by JB Priestley ‘An Inspector Calls ’ at Nottingham Theatre Royal. Students have been studying the play which centres on Inspector Goole’s interrogation of the Birling family, following the death of a young girl called Eva Smith.
Students praised the exceptional talent of the performers and commented on the effectiveness of the staging, costumes and live orchestra. Many students described the performance as ‘incredible’ and are looking forward to more exciting theatre visits in the future. Huge thank you to all staff who supported on the trip…here’s to many more!
