Letter to parents/carers Re: Non-uniform day
Dear parents and carers
Non-Uniform Day and Cake Sale – Friday 23rd May 2025
We are pleased to inform you that we will be holding a Non-Uniform Day on Friday 23rd May 2025. On this day, students are welcome to come to school wearing their own clothes instead of their regular school uniform.
To participate, we kindly ask for a voluntary contribution of £1.00, with all proceeds going towards Year 11 Prom.
Payment Information:
- Preferred method: Please make payment via ParentPay by logging into your account at www.parentpay.com
- Once logged in, select your child’s name, locate the item listed as “Non-Uniform Day – 23/05/2025”, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment.
- Alternative method: For those unable to pay via ParentPay, cash contributions will be collected in tutor time on the morning of the event.
Cake Sale
As part of the fundraising efforts, there will also be a cake sale taking place during break and lunch time. Students are welcome to bring a small amount of money if they would like to make a purchase. The cakes are priced from 50p.
Please ensure that your child’s clothing is appropriate for a school setting and that they bring the necessary equipment to participate in lessons as usual, including PE kit should it be required.
